Procedure

  1. Chop the onions and peppers very fine.

  2. Heat the oil in a skillet.

  3. Saute the onion/pepper mixture, adding the sweet, tart, and red ingredients.

  4. Cook until the onions are soft but definately not brown.

  5. Cool and serve.

Notes

If you're using dried peppers, I recommend a food processor.

This can be eaten on crackers (as one would do with chips and salsa) or used as a relish.

The ratio of peppers to onions is highly variable.
