This is something I knocked together at the last minute. If you know how to cook you don’t need to be told how to make this; if you don’t know how to cook you may find this recipe frustrating because of its lack of detail.

10 oz gemelli pasta (dry) olive oil 1 lb chicken, cut into chunks 1 med onion, quartered then sliced 8 cloves garlic, minced red wine oregano thyme red pepper flakes salt black pepper 14 oz canned peeled whole tomatoes
“Gemelli” looks like two very fat strands of spaghetti twisted together then cut into 1 ½ inch lengths.
Don’t make this too soupy; there should be more chicken and onions than sauce.
