    made 2x cukes (6#)
    1# onion
    6x vinegar (18c)
    6x spices
    6# dark brown sugar

    fills 6 24oz Mt. Olive jars

    had 14 cups (yes, 14!) juice left after packing,
    which means it used 4 cups

    1x juice would have been 6 cups (2 recipes @ 3 cups/recipe)

    next time, make 1.5x, just for soaking room?
