    4 salmon steaks

    reached ~140F in 90 minutes

    most web pages say 140F is the correct temp
    (even though our grilling sheet says 125F)

    reached ~140F in 55 minutes

Next time
    start checking temp @ 40 min

    maybe pull @ 130F - 135F?
	or even @ 125F?
